Welcome to Deshopa. By accessing or using our marketplace, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Marketplace role

Deshopa provides a platform that connects buyers with independent vendors. Vendors are responsible for their product listings, fulfillment, and the accuracy of their business information. Deshopa is not the seller of vendor-listed goods unless expressly stated.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or marketplace policies.

3. Vendors

Vendors must complete onboarding and KYC where required, maintain truthful listings, fulfill orders promptly, and comply with applicable consumer and tax laws. Marketplace fees, commissions, and wallet settlement rules are described in the vendor panel and may be updated with notice.

4. Orders and payments

Order totals, shipping, and payment methods shown at checkout form the contract between the buyer and the relevant vendor(s), subject to these terms. Online payments are processed by third-party gateways. Cash / pay-on-delivery orders remain payable upon fulfillment as agreed at checkout.

5. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the platform, post illegal or infringing content, manipulate ratings, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

6. Disputes

Buyers and vendors should first attempt to resolve issues through in-app chat. Escalated disputes may be reviewed by Deshopa support. Our refund policy describes how refund and return requests are handled.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deshopa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from marketplace transactions between buyers and vendors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the marketplace after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
